I don't think it's a bug. Writing Tools are now built into Siri. Just ask Siri to fix your grammar, and she will do so along with all the other things Writing Tools offered.Where have Apple Intelligence writing tools gone? Admittedly I don’t use it often, but have just gone to use it and the menu has completely disappeared when highlighting text.
I’m in the UK and using Siri AI without issue.
You can turn off Siri and when you turn it back on, it gives the option to use the old Siri, which has Writing Tools.Thanks for this. Sure hope the new Siri isn't a replacement for Writing tools.

Thanks for posting this. I just turned it back on to check. It did not work the way I expected, but I found the options at the bottom of the screen. I will have to get used to it, but it’s a welcome change.Writing Tools are back in beta 2.

This is from my iPad Pro. I just wrote some gibberish in a new email and highlighted it. You don’t have to tap anything; you should see these options at the bottom of the screen. They can be missed if you’re not looking.I am not seeing writing tools. If I write in messages and tap to bring up the menu all I see is the Siri symbol which brings up Siri Ai
