Help me! I've been to Genius Bar for an hour and called cupertino customer service (was hung up on without a return call)--My teen away at school updated her iCloud yesterday on her laptop and iPhone. She knew my apple id for iTunes and password and in complete ignorance set-up her iCloud using my iTunes apple id. She followed prompts and didn't give it any thought as she set up her iCloud.
I was able to create/update my iCloud today using my Mobile Me address that moved into the cloud. My teen HAD her own apple id prior to her updating yesterday--is there anyway to change her current iCloud apple id to be the apple id that was issued her when she got her laptop in august? i would get my iTunes apple id back. How do you change the apple id in an already established iCloud account? help please.
