iPhone X wrong date

I attached my ipx to my laptop with the iphone usb cable. All my photos when I look at the albums on my laptop when opening DCIM shows 1969. I do not know why or how to fix it. I wanted to import all new photos to save to my laptop as a backup but my laptop is confused. (So am I)

Did your computer die? You need to switch the dates in the computer and the time in the settings for the time and date
 
No, it is the third computer I have tried to view this on. This is a new windows 10 now. How can I fix this?
