Wrong graphics card detected under PS

I recently noticed that Photoshop (CS5) recognises the GT120 in my system instead of the 4870. The strange thing about that is that the 4870 drives my main screen (which also displays PS), not the GT120.

Even iStat Menus displays only the GT120.

How can I change PS to use the 4870 instead of the sluggish GT120?

This graphics card stuff under OS X really drives me crazy.
