Wrong push notifications on non-jailbroken iPhone?

So here's the deal, I had previously jailbroken my phone, and after realizing it wasn't that great, I went and restored my phone and did not restore from back-up. Now fast forward about a month later, the day I come across an article about push being sent to the wrong phones after being jailbroken. So I wake up this morning and I get an unusual IM from beejive, from a person I don't know speaking Spanish. I blew it off as nothing until I started getting a mass amount of these messages from people I don't know, most of the time being in perfect spanish! My question is, should this be happening if my phones isn't jailbroken anymore, and how can I fix it?
