Hello,

iOS version: 11.2.5
macOS version: 10.13.3

I have contacted the technical service many times to find a solution to my problem. A technician told me that he also has the same problem.

My problem:

When I receive an email on my iCloud address (xxxx@icloud.com), and I open it on my Mac, the notification does not disappear on my iPhone. I need to open the mail application on my iphone and update my mails to remove the notification.
It's quite annoying to use since email notifications are multiplying even though I read them on my Mac...
While on the other hand, if I open the mail on my iphone, the notification disappears well on my Mac, it's rather strange.
I have already performed many manipulations: reset parameters, delete and add the mail account again, reset to factory state...

The expected result:

There should be a better synchronization of mails in iCloud, I actually thought that the "mail" option in iCloud would allow that, but in fact it's not the case. E-mails should be updated instantaneously from one device to another, a bit like iMessage.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Thank you for your help,

Sorry about my English.

Yours sincerely,

Florian
