My WD Passport is USB 3
but I test on Black magic speedtest
It show 15 - 21 MB/s

So...next I test on Bootcamp windows 7 with HD tune
That's work fine about 50 ~ 70 MB/s

*Other device of USB 3 Harddisk work perfectly on mac

What wrong with this...?

How full is the HDD? That could explain some of the speed loss if it is very full, although that does not explain the difference in BM and HD Tune.

Also is it your OS X boot disk? That might explain why it is slower on an OS X App.

My HDD is WD MY PASSPORT ESSENTIAL 2.5 USB 3.0 1TB
Usage is about ~50%

So...I'm using for back data only.
When I'm transfer data from WD to Mac OSX.
It's slowly look like usb 2
Transfer file 30 GB. It take a time around 30 Minutes

but on Bootcamp windows7 that work fine...
The speed show correctly about ~50-70 MB/s

Thank you for your help :)

How does black magic even write to the drive if it is NTFS?

That could be the issue, if he's using a third party driver such as NTFS for Mac by paragon, that could explain why its slower. The app is not as optimized as it should.

And here I was thinking my WD My Passport drive was slow. I guess it's not...
