Hi,
Hoping someone can give me some info. I placed an order for iPhone 16 pro and accidentally typed in the wrong zip code. I don’t see an option to cancel my order or to edit the address. Will that option pop up on the app or would I have to contact Apple support to fix this? Or am I out of luck??

Also, if I wanted to change the order to store pickup instead, would that be an option?
 
They may cancel the order or send you notification to correct the info. I have an incorrect City/Zip/Phone number on my first order. They charged my card but then did a refund a few minute later. I called Apple CS and they advised they couldn't change anything until you/they see it in the "Processing" stage. Hope that helps. I end up putting in another order just in case.

Wait until goes to preparing to ship - call them and they can make changes.

Ahhh I see! I paid with gift cards so I can’t really put in another order as money is tight right now

You can try calling to see what they say. I was on hole for maybe 20 minutes, talked to 2 CS reps. Again, they may tell you they can't do anything until it's in the "Processing" stage.

Honestly, wait until next week before you call them. They are going to be so swamped the next few days, it's not worth it. Just wait to make the change or wait for them to reach out.

Maybe call the company you pre-ordered from and see what they can do?
 
Strange, mine has “cancel item”. Has had that option right from placing the order to still now.

Just call Apple, they’ll correct it I’m sure. I’m actually surprised the order system didn’t validate the address when placing the order.

That's true! my City, State was incorrect but zip code was correct. System should have know the City/State didn't match the zip. Weird.
