I haven't tested this and personally don't have any need for it, either. Assuming it works, though, I'm glad that people posting here and looking for this kind of behavior can - and hopefully will - finally be provided with a simple link, instead of being forcefully dragged into a promptly ensuing debate about why OS X's standard maximize behavior is or is not the best.

I think windows-like maximizing behavior is stupid on OS X, by the way.... 😉

I applaud you for it! I think that's very nice of you and could imagine that there's quite an audience for this tool... 🙂
