why dos every1 wnat this??? is it an m&ms app or sumthing??? snds pretty lame.... :|

It's a function that allows the user to send pictures, audio, vcards, and more through the messages app, like a text message, rather than having to email it. This allows users to send it to phone numbers rather than emails.

I've never understood why people are so friggin' hyper bout this.

To me MMS is like FAX. OUTDATED.

why would I pay 10 cents or 30 cents to send a very limited multi media message when I can send a friggin' email that can be read by any computer in the universe + any phone worth a damn?

I'm surprised you people aren't clamoring for Telex or Smoke Signals too.

Well, for me at least, I can't count how many times someone says "Oh, I'll send you a pic of event/random thing later". It gets so annoying to be like oh I have the iPhone, the best phone on the planet, and can't recieve them sorry. Can you email me it to me from your phone? Email is nice don't get me wrong, but MMS should def. have been included a year ago.

On a side note:
MMS will be free right, I mean I have unlimited messaging right now - which is not specific to the iPhone and if I had a regular phone it would support unlimited MMS with my current plan.

MMS may be charged separate.
