It's up on my desktop every time I reboot. I've put the first line in google and found nothing. Don't know if it's from something I have installed that's gotten corrupted or if it's something to worry about. I have a mid-2010 MBP running the latest update of El Capitan but it had been showing up for several updates back, probably back into Yosemite.

What app is running in the menubar when the window appears?
Check and see if there is a corresponding file in either of these locations:

/library/startupitems
~/library/startupitems
