damn these mofos taking forever to get my phone working. I ported mine and my GF's phone numbers from sprint at 9pm and it's now 2am and our phones still don't work.

Try dialing *228, follow the directions and i think you choose option 1. Should help!
I usually yell AGENT into the phone when the robot starts talking lol. Make sure you press one for english first

What a crappy network
Seems like a very few compared to previous situations.
You must not have been around during the first couple of iPhone launches on ATT. Thousands of people waited _days_ before their phones got activated.
Simple question yet so much hatred against Verizon. OP I hope you get your phone squared away.
