Whats the big deal LOL. So your mac thinks its still a PC. Give it a whack and discipline it I say

have you enabled internet sharing in windows?

is the windows pc switched on and connected when you see this error?
did you enable internet sharing on that windows pc?
do you get the same issue when the windows pc is not connected to your network?

It isn't a photoshop edit, when I looked at the content of the image, it has nothing to represent a photoshop manipulated file.
