I didnt even order via ATT. I was successful in ordering via www.apple.com and I receive this email????

Same email.

I got to the final order screen on ATT then it timed out. Tried again a little later and got a confirmation number. Then got the above email for an unfamiliar order number but never received an email saying my order was confirmed. Don't know if I have a phone coming I think.

Only 1 iPhone. It kept me in the infinite loop cycle. Only had 1 in my cart when it processed my order. I have an official order number from Apple, ship date, etc....I didnt even go through ATT. When I verify my order status with www.apple.com/orderstatus, my order still reflects and hasn't been cancelled on their end. This is ridiculous!!!!!

I have been trying to order my mom a phone all morning. I had 3 unsuccessful attempts where after clicking the "Place Order" button it timed out - no confirmation number or confirmation email.

FINALLY, I got one to go through and received a confirmation number on the final "order complete" page.

A little while ago she received an email with a DIFFERENT order number showing it had been cancelled. I assume one of the prior orders had, indeed, gone through?

Now...she received a second email cancelling the only freaking order that I got an actual order confirmation number for.

I'm hoping and praying one of the other attempts that timed out and didn't provide a confirmation number actually went through. Maybe since you are seeing the same thing, something similar happened?

And to add...I was only trying to order ONE iPhone on her account. I have a separate account that I ordered mine from earlier. So, it makes no sense why her order would have been cancelled unless AT&T screwed up...or one of the previous orders that timed out actually went through.

Nonetheless, it is driving me crazy! I want my mom to have an iPhone on launch day too!!
