iPod touch WTH? iTunes made me restore iPod and now..

some of my pictures and videos that weren't synced onto my computer are gone. Is there anyway to restore those pictures and videos?
I was able to sync all my music and apps back to my ipod and I still have some pictures and videos on there, but those are only there because they were synced to my computer.

I tried some recovery softwares but they all failed on me. Also, is there anyway to restore my ipod to an earlier date so that I can get those pictures and videos? BTW, I have the iPod Touch 4g.

P.S. anyone remember me? I was the one who spilled coke all over my MBP 13 inch. I'm BAAAAACK!

you could try ifile, from there you could do a full internal search for the photos, otherwise i think maybe you should save your photos to your cpu before backing up ^.,.^
