Why am I getting more and more suspicious of Mr. Kramer...?

Considering you were the one calling for people to defend themselves I'm not sure why you would give up this easily and lock it in for yourself.

The thing is, after only 1 day of voting, that there's not a lot of proof we can offer. Or at least I can offer. My vote was because your posts going back and forth among different people to vote for raised a red flag to me. As a wolf, I've waited to see where votes fall and try to jump on what others are doing late in the day.

I could be completely wrong. And if I am, I apologize. It certainly wouldn't be the first time, but it's something that stood out among all of the other posts. When there's not much to go on this early in the game, we take what we can.

Why not? I'm doomed anyway.

On day one, when three people were tied on two votes each, I called on those individuals who were tied, and who were silent to at least post once, if only to deny that they were wolves.

With evident reluctance, all three eventually bestirred themselves, at least two of them sufficiently to convince almost everybody else that they were innocent.

With respect, I have probably posted more than almost everybody else put together thus far. Nothing I say or do will persuade any of my detractors that I am not a furry, and my patience is rapidly eroding.

Moreover, I am already on three votes - there is nothing resembling a tie, and of those who have hastened to vote against me I will wager that even a revelation by a Seer would be insufficient to alter their electoral choices, as none of them have the remotest intention of being swayed.

Look, @Moyank24, the pattern that really irks me repeats itself; prolific posters who actively participate are targeted. The silent ones coast.

Go chase the silent ones.

Meanwhile, please make sure to kill me first so I can return to my wine, and not bother the game further with pointless and time wasting posts.

Re back and forth posts, it is something I have never done before - I have played these games now for five years - so that is not my style. Time to try something different.

The sheer, bloody-minded inertia of everyone else was annoying me, and I certainly didn't wish to blunder into a sleepwalked unintentional slaughter of someone with an important role. Besides, I couldn't believe that nobody was posting, or commenting, or poking, or prodding, in the slightest.

...there should be a rule about voting for oneself where like that vote doesn't count toward the majority. No offense, my good lady, but that's how I feel. I hate to see things get to the point that we feel we need to off ourselves.

If so, here's my hypothesis: Appleguy infected either MrKramer vs MrKramer or Ravenvii and subsequently claims to be the seer, clearing Kramer and himself for the rest of the game. No one got killed last night, which in all likelihood means thy tried Appleguy and he was protected... unless we're supposed to be privy to those details; in which case, if he's not eaten tonight it'll be brutally suspicious.

I don't think Skeptical Scribe is bad. Rick Snagwell is painfully quiet for, well, Rick Snagwell.

@appleguy123 Scan me next bro. Just don't taze me.

I would agree that voting for oneself shouldn't lock it in. but I guess it is up to @Sythas to tell us if it is locked in or not. Until then I will continue to hold off on voting as it may be pointless if scepticalscribe is already locked in.

Why ever not? Why shouldn't a vote for oneself lock it in?

Frankly, few minds are likely to be changed by anything I say or do, no scan can save me, last night, @appleguy123 scanned another, there is no other viable - or credible - candidate who might challenge me for the hangman's noose. What - or why - is this tedious delay?

Vote, as you please. Have you anyone else in mind? If not, please feel quite free to join the queue. Why hold off?

Let us finish this charade.

And, @Melrose pleased read post #1; there is no infection in play.
 
Hum quite interesting. I think I'll go with the lock from SS, it's not a grest move, but it has the merit of being one. I'll be back with the result after a quick tally

There is no infection, and we know there is only one wolf left so there are no wolves working together. Before he revealed himself as seer I thought there was a chance that apple guy was a wolf and trying to throw us off by sacrificing ravenvii and letting us think he was the seer without actually saying it. At this point though I think he is telling the truth as no one has challenged him by claiming to be the seer and I don't think a wolf would gamble on claiming to be the seer this early and hoping that the real one was dead.

For the moment though I will listen to your idea that scepticalscribe may not be bad and instead vote for Melrose.

@appleguy123 who else did you scan and clear, or find to be the wolf?

You stick yourself, you get shot. You try to use logic and help the village, you get shot. Can't win. No wonder we lose all the time with all the Kramers and Snagwells...

Why do I get a feeling that the last wolf is about to go after me? Anyway it's night, we will see what the morning brings.
