just got out of a thesis defense.
it was unusually well-done so i am in a good and charitable mood.
i might even move my vote off Scepticalscribe. ;)

based on the above tally, there are 3 people at 2, but surprisingly none of them are using their vote effectively
i think i'll hang around a few minutes to see if anything interesting transpires

I'm hoping something will!

It's looking like @Scepticalscribe may be the deciding factor here, so this could be an interesting ending.

Well, to be honest, I'm sorely tempted to vote for Dsching, partly because the invisible ones really irk me, and partly because I would see him as a prime candidate for infection. But - as things stand - that would probably count as a wasted vote.

No 'scholarly' vote - as I know too little to go on with. I'm not convinced of QoS's guilt, although she is an obvious candidate as she flew under the radar early on, and I'm not convinced of rick, as voting for him is too easy, he is too much of a cliché as a target.

Okay, I want to vote for Dsching - because this AWOL stuff really does annoy me, but will opt for philbeeney.

To be honest, is he/she really a prime candidate for infection? I wouldn't infect him, as there's no guarantee he/she would be around to help out with a vote if needed.

An unfortunate absence, for sure, but I definitely think there are better candidates for lynching.

And we'll see how this one goes!

at this point i would be very surprised if philbeeney is a WW

As would I, to be honest.

I'm definitely not. Queen's promise.

No, I'm fairly sure that you're not.

I'm thinking you're correct.

Unless my clock is slow, is there time to switch to scepticalscribe?

Tsk, tsk. Last minute switching….. Guaranteed to give one something closely resembling a cardiac arrest.

Anyway, are your time pieces accurate? Mine is….(and set to GMT).

My poor phone with all those notifications... :(

I'm going with :apple: time, (since this is MacRumors after all), which would mean Mo's vote is indeed too late.

Philbeeney has been killed. A villager.

It's now night 4.

Deadline is 11am PST.

****!

A lot to think about now.

Yes. A close finish between a cardiac arrest and a last minute lynching.

However, asterisks, no matter how fluent, and one word posts (even if comprising bolded names) are no real substitute for explanation and reasoned argument.

And, my point about the ease and usefulness of infecting the NW stands; I've seen it happen too often to discount it.
