I know. I know. You've been unlucky a few times (and guilty of shameful things on other outings......but,. we've all had the honour of having been assigned dark dodgy alter-egos on occasion in the MRville universe). Hiding in plain sight is always the best strategy in the MRville world.
Too bad the first day is always such a blunderbuss hit-or-miss chance-your-arm and/or stick-a-pin-in-a-list-of-names in the hope that someone will strike lucky; but, all too often, rational thought plays too little a role on Day 1, and is too often supplanted by mob voting, (or, on occasion, a pay-back vote for an incident in an earlier outing), or sheer laziness.
Well, we choose to participate, and these are the risks we take.
No, we'll get going.....eventually. Maybe we should or could or ought to PM some of the old hands in order to bring the number of potential/possible participants up to the magic apostolic number of twelve as this seems to be the number we have agreed upon that is necessary for a successful start?

Edit: I could pack my stuff, leave civilization and search for the legendary user Aggie. I heard s/he was an amazing player, terrifying all opponents as well as unifying those texting for righteousness. If I remember correctly Melrose told me that bonfire story.

DP: You get lynched 1) when he's quieter than usual, 2) when he's more vocal than usual, 3) when you lie low, 4) when you don't......
Basically, it's a bit like the situation described by the old Swahili proverb :
"When elephants dance, the grass gets trampled.
When elephants fight, the grass gets trampled.".......
No matter what happens, DP seems to be a target is the moral we can draw from our outings in MRville. Never mind, DP, while this is a peculiar, perverse and somewhat back-handed compliment to your prowess, there is not a group in MRville that would not welcome you on their side (even if such recruitment is of the unwilling variety conferred by infection....)
