WWD 2013 iPhone with the blue back housing?

I came a cross this page today. https://developer.apple.com/wwdc/students/

and I can clearly see the blue back housing of the iPhone... it doesn't look like a global light reflected on the surface witch makes it look bluish it's obviously blue )

O.C. I've heard the rumors and even seen the photo leaks about upcoming low budget iPhone witch will be available in multiple colors.

Thoughts?

That's an iPod. Note the lack of a speaker under the front-facing camera. They do come in multiple colors.

Yep, iPod touch in blue with forward facing camera and lack of proximity sensor you get on the iPhone. A friend of mine has this exact model.
