there may be a live video feed after all, Macrumorslive is reporting that there are video cameras being set up on the side of the auditorium. Bring on WWDC!!!! :D

Live, no. But recorded yes...

Hours after the event they always post it for QuickTime consumption.

=)

The video cameras are for the QT stream you will see after its over

I highly doubt that they'd put the latest and greatest on the desk, unless it looked exactly the same as an existing model. Then Steve couldn't have fun with shocking us...and you know he loves surprises!

What the hell is going on?

The Keynote starts in about 5 minutes and I can still post on the forums? Must be some massive new infrastructure here - very impressed. Way better than when they used to fall down about an hour before the event got going.

Rock and Roll all you developers and professionals out there.

We consumers are just going to sit back and enjoy the show.

9:54 am Steve's demo station looks like a regular cinema display with external isight

Just to let everyone know, i woke up at 11am EST to lift and shower b4 the keynote....but I couldn't resist walking past my eMac, and I've been here since.....At this rate, I'll be lifting at 5pm, yuck!!!

I'm signing off...time to put my full attention to the stream...and grab a bowl of cereal! Have fun all...and may they release all that you want!

Where will we be able to see this quicktime stream?

where will it be available at? and why isnt it just broadcast live?

They used to do Satellite feeds live, but axed it for QT only afterward. It will be posted at Apple.com once it's ready. Although it's rarely tollerable until the next day. People hammer it pretty hard.
