I'm not usually one of those people but that site just annoyed me since it was all huge and stretched on my iPad.

Doubtful, that doesn't happen until the new phone is released and available for sale, probably 2 or 3 weeks after the event. You'll get a nice preview of 4.0 and apps developed for it though.

That does not accurately describe the page his post links to at all. The page is a normally-formatted posting of the Apple press release on Digital Journal. I don't know what you link you clicked...
