Hopefully they weight the lottery so that the developers who actually design and code popular apps are more likely to win, as opposed to beta OS fans and dev wannabes, etc.

However, I fully expect to see an Apple patent application for the device in the near future, perhaps as early as next year.
The opportunity to buy tickets to this year's conference will be offered by random selection.
I'm deeply disappointed that they don't specify which species of rodent will be used in the randomizing apparatus.
