Cat’s aren’t pets, they are your owner. Their watch will have a 3D image of you.

I've never felt more out of the loop while actively watching a WWDC. This is the perfect sequel to Year 2020.

If that's it for activity on the watch, that's the best example of my issue with Apple. Coming in, I was really hoping they would fix their monthly challenge thing so people feel like the Watch isn't controlling their life. They didn't even bring it up.

GIVE US MORE VARIETY APPLE, AND GIVE US THE CHOICE OF WHAT MONTHLY CHALLENGE WE WANT TO DO.

This is the most boring WWDC ever so far. Multitasking looked cool but the widgets and app library stuff should have happened last year with the iPhone or at least in an iPadOS 14.x update.

Maybe macOS will be great or there will be hardware. Doubt the latter though.

Yeah, I feel like they dropped it for technical reasons (prevented them making better/cheaper/thinner/more reliable displays?), not because people didn't like 3D Touch.

Cheaper would be my guess, so Scrooge mcCook could shave off some more production cost.
