I would normally agree except that all the major news outlets picked up the story. Heck, even those chicks on "The View" talked about it.

Still, I don't think it affected sales that much.

You know you just admitted to watching "The View," right? :)

The leaks did make national main stream news though. Pretty much everyone knows about it.

I'd imagine those pics are already forgotten by anyone that saw them briefly on TV. Hell, most people don't pay attention to the WWDC for that matter. It's the iPhone ads that most people will notice, IMO, at least for the new iPhone user.

Maybe the iPhone can do custom SMS notifications.

Nah, they need a feature for 5.x.

I was thinking about this the other day - when was the last time Apple even did the 'one more thing' surprise? It's must be a fair few years since we last saw one.

Maybe they've been working on something worthy of a "one more thing" surprise for the past few years.

negative. They had one last september. And it wasn't that great... (ipod nano w/ camera)

I bet that most people who go to the WWDC know about Macrumors or somewhere else where the leaks were shown.

Yes I highly doubt that apple developers and highly devoted fans have any knowledge of Macrumors, gizmodo, Engadged, TUAW, or CNN.com. They will be shocked at WWDC, SHOCKED I tell you. But we know all the answers ;)

maybe the surprise will be flash?
after clamming up so much maybe Apple will surprise us again?
or at least allow the flash-to-app converter thingy
that would be cool

- Turn-by-turn navigation by MS
- WiFi hotspot
- HDMI output
- DivX codec ?
- UMTS/CDMA dual band ??

and... one more thing,

- Sensitive back :D

Did you miss Steve Jobs' open letter about flash on the Apple website?

maybe they've developed some way of doing Flash
From memory I think he only says "yet" not never

THis is only speculation anyhow I don't think it'll happen! But I can hope...
