I don't believe live video is allowed there. Apple will post a video of the keynote on their website in the following days. You can watch a live updated feed of the event here.

Chris Pirillo did one last time. It was a video of his face + audio, streaming from the laptop sitting on his .... lap.

eh, i'll just follow a text feed then. was hoping to find something like there was at E3

You may be able to find a live audio feed. Not sure what sites are doing it this year, although I have listened to them in years prior. Granted, the quality isn't that good.

At iPhone 3G announcement...

Steve: "And the price will be..."
(Cheers and screams from audience.)
Me: "What?! I can't hear him! What will the price be?!"

yea exactly haha, id rather text with pictures than audio. i can just imagine me getting anxious when they announce stuff, but i cant see anything haha

Every keynote I have several feeds up at once. I like to read everyone's take on what's going on. Some feeds have pictures; some will post one or two every hour, others will post too many.

Nope, those are all good recommendations. I think Engadget does the best job in posting numerous photos - if I remember correctly.

Yeah, their photo coverage is usually great. The Gizmodo guys give funny commentary, and Macrumors has awesome text coverage.

Macrumors has awesome coverage, but was completely ruined at last years Macworld with the hackers taking that over. Any idea if that hole is patched?
