WWDC videos for non developers

Is there a way non developers can view the session videos? Like a certain date they become available for anyone? We're looking to deploy iPads at my school and I would really like to the the changes to management and mdm.

Developer conference videos are for registered developers. You can sign up as a developer to view them.

I noticed that as a non developer I can view last years wwdc session videos and wondered how long after wwdc that happened?

Good question. I would guess when iOS7 is released they might make them available.
