I may or may not take advantage of this when it launches. My girlfriend and I both have 50 GB plans at $0.99/month each. One source said family plan options at 200 GB and 2 TB, which means we'd have to pay another $1/month for storage we may not use.
Currently paying $0.99/month each for four (4) family members, three (3) of which use less than 10GB at the moment. The $2.99/200GB is a decent option for us for now.
Would've preferred the following tiers, though:
$1.99/100GB
$4.99/500GB
$9.99/2TB

I just received an email from Apple. My iCloud storage just doubled to 2T at $9.99.
