WWE on AppleTV purchased... can't access site. Anyone done this?

So my buddy signed up for WWE Network through the AppleTV but didn't have a WWE.COM account. He created one today but it's not linked to his iTunes account and we can't seem to find a way to link them so that we can watch on tablets and at the website.

The email address for the iTunes account used to purchase the WWE subscription is the same as the one he used to create the account on the website.

Anyone encounter this issue yet/know how to link the 2 accounts together?

There's an option to link the accounts under "Settings" in the WWE Network app on Apple TV.

I have an we account and on apple tv.
I want to watch the show on apple tv but get an error.

I seems that my password in the wwe app is wrong but I can't find where i can correct it.
It keeps saying 'loging in' without asking the correct password....
