I can't get to www.macrumors.com, but I can get to forums.macrumors.com (obviously). It just says:

Safari can’t connect to the server.
Safari can’t open the page “https://www.macrumors.com/” because it could not connect to the server “www.macrumors.com”.

I can connect with no problems. Looks like an issue on your end.

Your link above looks like this: https://www.macrumors.com/%94 when I copy it into my browser bar. Try connecting directly to www.macrumors.com

I'm getting through too. If it keeps happening, try resetting your router by unplugging it from the power for about thirty seconds or so. 🙂
