X-Chat Aqua and Spaces Bug

hi!
I use Spaces with 9 desktop (3x3) x-chat is allocated in the spaces 4, where
are in a different spaces for example 2, x-chat opens in 2
why?

This thing only happens to me?
ps: I have a fresh installation of Leopard 10.5.5.
