X still not activated on ATT - how long does it take?

So I filled out the activation info on my iphone x with att but the phone has not activated yet since Friday afternoon.

Does it normally take this long? Can I manually activate it?

It should not take days to activate. Have you tried removing the sim card and then inserting it again? If that does not help then you need to call ATT and explain that your phone has not activated yet. Best of luck!

Thanks. My old 6s+ is still up and running and I thought that when I turn off my 6s+ and turn on X it would use the X for the cellular account.
