Anyone notice this? Either Apple is overclocking the extreme (which could lead to some overclocks from users) or they're using another limited availibility chip, like in the octo-core.

    Thoughts?

Edit: I just noticed the x7900 is a 2.8 clocked part. Mebbe Apple is using that. Either way, it's not supposed to be released yet.

Edit again: I just checked the roadmaps and the x7900 is only availible in socket P, which also supports a 2.4 clocked part (the T7700). It's looking pretty likely to me.
