XBMC on Apple TV 2-Live TV shows Performance

Has anyone put XBMC on their apple tv 2 and were able to watch live tv shows and sports through XBMC add ons as seen on youtube?

Just wondering about the experience, the picture quality and other stuff.

It will depend on the stream quality and the speed of your internet connection. You'll need at least an 8mbit/s internet connection for HD content and preferably faster. You may need a VPN depending on your country and region and the types of content you want access.
