I recently bought a wired xbox 360 controller to play pc games with.
It works perfectly on snow leopard, but doesn't in bootcamp.

When I plug the controller in, the top left corner of the big green button is supposed to light up. But for me, the whole button flashes once and goes black. Windows does recognize the device as a 360 controller, but that's as far as it goes.

I have tried installing and reinstalling the driver, but to no avail.

I tried using the controller on a pc, and it worked instantaneously.

I am running 32-bit Windows 7.

How do I fix it?

"Is there a way to connect an XBOX 360 wireless controller towii controller my PC using the Play & Charge Kit?"
Unfortunately, no. Ironically, if you had ps3 controllerthe Wired controller, you could just plug it in the computer and it would work perfectlyps3 wireless controller, but who goes and buys wired controllers? The driver may only allow you toXBOX 360 Controller charge the controller, but there is no communicating that takes place.
In order to use a wireless controller/controllers on your PC, you need to purchase a "Wireless receiver for Windows" (Basically $20).I have one, and it works great.
