Xbox 360 Internet Sharing Issues

Hello,

For the past hour or so, I've been trying to pull my hair out on how to share my Mac's Internet Connection to my Xbox 360. I have enabled Internet Sharing from my AirPort to the Ethernet, and changed the IP settings on the Xbox 360, but I keep getting "cant connect to your network hardware using a static ip".

Help would be appreciated.
