Xbox Live via Internet Sharing

Hi, I'd appreciate it if you guys can give me some input here.

I'm trying to connect my 360 to live using this setup:

DSL modem->iMac (iMac shares connection with a macbook by Airport)

Macbook->xbox 360 (ethernet connection)

I am able to get a green light on all the settings, but when i try to log on to live, it says that it needs an update. but the console seems unable to download it. what am i doing wrong?

look at that because you need to change some of the DNS settings on the xbox to get it to play nice with your mac

Good luck, because i tried it and the frame rate was very poor
