I am reading cocoa programming for dummies and it utililizes xcode 3.1. The problem is that I'm using xcode 3.2 on Snow Leopard, should I download xcode 3.1 from apple for the use of this book?

1. It won't work.
2. You may not be able to do everything exactly step by step as the book says, but that is something that you will have to learn to copy with anyway.
