iOS Xcode 4.0.2 wont finish installation?

It says 2 minutes left but wont finish. It also says to close iTunes but my iTunes isn't even open. Any ideas?

You may want to pop open Activity Monitor and verify it isn't running. You could always try a reboot then reinstall over the top.

I got it to install but now it keeps crashing. Any ideas on that?

Do a full power cycle, upon logging back in do not start any applications, force quit if need be. Then reinstall xcode, I know it will be painful. I had a similar thing today I had to install xcode and every time I went to start xcode it would just disappear.

Nevermind. I got it to run. I had to delete everything in my developer folder then reinstall.

A little bit late. But for other people with the same problem, you must run activity monitor and close the "ituneshelper" app. I had the same problem and that fixed it inmediately.
