Now that iOS 7.1 was released, where is the Xcode 5.1 download link?

I am not seeing it in the dev center and the App Store isn't updated yet either.

I don't think Apple has to release a new version of Xcode for every iOS version... Maybe if you check Preferences > Downloads you'll find whatever you'll looking for in Xcode?

I can't use the new SpriteKit APIs without the 7.1 SDK (its not listed in Preferences > Downloads).

Xcode 5.1 is out on the dev website in the iOS development center.
It has not however shown up in the app store for me.

Update...

As mentioned in another thread the link is now dead for Xcode 5.1. Here's hoping it is fixed soon. iOS v7.1 devices do not work on Xcode 5.0.2 for debugging for me.

It is now showing on the Mac App Store!

I am not seeing the direct download link from the Dev Center yet (I prefer to not have Xcode managed by the App Store)...
