Eclipse has a bloated interface, bugs, and isn't designed with any particular focus in mind.
Xcode is only available for Mac.
I've heard that there is a viable alternative to Xcode to... It costs money and I believe is from Jet Brains but I can't remember it's name right now. Never tried it before but I've heard it has very nice text editing features, plus when you try editing interface files it opens them in Xcode for you.
