Anyone else having problems updating Xcode to version 8? I am on OS X 10.11.6 and installing Xcode 8 it downloads, goes to installing.. then goes back to downloading again. I guess verification is failing somewhere?

On my work machine I have Xcode 7 installed and Xcode 8 update isn't even showing. Any ideas on what to do?

EDIT:

Problem solved

Deleted Xcode, found a download of Xcode 8 from apple so installed it that way, I then moved the Xcode app out of applications and replaced it with the app store version so I get updates from the app store in the future

Just go to https://developer.apple.com/download/ login and download Xcode 8 (It will open up the Mac App Store and start downloading Xcode 8). Xcode does not update itself. You will have two versions, Xcode 7 and Xcode 8 after it downloads and installs. If you don't need Xcode 7, just delete it before installing Xcode 8 to save space on your hard drive.

I've always updated Xcode from the App store? This is what it opens to anyway:
