macOS XCode create templates

Is there any way to create templates for XCode? I want to make one for SDL from this tutorial, cause its like perfect for a template. Anyways, I need to know how to do this, thank you.

Basically create a new XCode project and save it in Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/Project Templates
