I can' seem to find "fix issue" on xcode and don't know where to locate it. Can anyone help me please?

Well, if you go to the issues section on the left side, it will bring it up so you can find the issue. Sometimes compiling (even though you know it will fail) will bring you straight to the issue. If it is a cryptic runtime error try option clicking the run button, then under the options use resolve addresses, this will shed a little more light, breakpoints are good in these situations.

If you need help with the error, post the error message.

You might also try cleaning the project before re-building it.

I was specifically looking for the "fix issue" button because I was trying a mod for Deezer but I can't find it anywhere.

command + 4 should get you to the issues panel according to the menu shortcuts on Apple's website Table 1-4.

It's been a long time since I looked at xcode 4 but if there are any issues then it would show an icon automatically in the blue display.
