macOS Xcode idle using almost 100% of the 2 efficiency cores

Is it normal for Xcode being idle, with a new iOS project, canvas Off, continuously using almost 100% of each of the efficiency cores, it doesn't sound right to me, any thoughts?

same issue here. No canvas activated, no build running, nothing, and still 100%.
Running XCode 13.3.1 here.
It definitely sucks.
