Xcode install corrupt?

Recently, whenever I have a cin >>, the editor has been giving me some sort of malloc error and saying sigbort

Here is the precise error:
Debugging(1477) malloc: *** error for object 0x10000c780: pointer being freed was not allocated
*** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug
Program received signal: “SIGABRT”.

But when I run the same code in Code::Blocks it works?

I am confused. I am a beginner programmer just so everyone knows.
