I pre-ordered a Sierra Blue 256GB iPhone 13, Pro Max, on launch day morning and just received an email that it has shipped and FedEx tracking number. FedEx delivery by 8:00 pm 9/24.

I ordered the Pro Max 256gb in gold on launch day as well, in the morning. I haven't received a shipment notification yet. It really sucks... I chatted with an agent and she said she can't tell when it'll be going out even though when I ordered it said the delivery date was 9/24. I highly doubt that'll be the case.

You will receive it on the 24th. This happened to me last year and it’s happening to me this year as well. Still in the process of shipping and that’s all mine says. Last time I had the process and shipping until late Thursday night, When I finally saw movement. It can’t physically be in preparing for shipping for five days now. There is some movement.Don’t worry about it

did you receive it on the 24th? Mine is supposed to deliver today; however, the tracking still shows as "in transit"....
