Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but after multiple hours with various support people, they told me there is a larger issue with series 7 cellular activations on xfinity in general and they don’t have any timeframe on a resolution at this time.

Same here. I spent a more than two hours on this, and they can't activate the AW7. I have other AW on Xfinity that work fine. No timeframe was given me either. Very frustrating.
