XLink Kai on Intel Imacs

I went to the Xlink forums to find out if it worked or not and was told to "just compile KaiD x86 for macosx..." and I do not know what that means and no one there has responded.

So, anyone know how to use Xlink kai on the new imacs? will the mac version run with rosetta?

That means: download the source code, install the developer tools and build yourself an Intel version from source. If you don't know what it means you are unlikely to get it to work!

I dont have an imac. Im trying to decide whether or not I should get one now and return my ibook or later and keep my ibook.

the PPC version will mosty liely work fine under rosetta. it doesnt look like a very cpu insensive app

in every source code there is usually help files that explain howto, or even on the site...
tho installing sources varies from source- to sourcecode
