Xp not recognising airport extreme

Just setup my mac book pro 2.33ghz with a airport extreme and in osx it was an absolute breeze to setup the browser. However in xp no matter what i try neither of my browsers ie or firefox want to connect to the net. The wireless symbol bar shows full bars. Please help... Tia

What sort of security did you set up on your network?

the only security i have is my firewall from my netgear router. The strange thing is i have no problems connecting online with my brothers wireless via xp. Its probably something stupid but ive gone through the wireless setup loads and alls well except getting the browser to see the wireless connection.

never heard about the toothbrush thing...

Wait a second, are you saying that the XP partition in Boot Camp isn't connecting wirelessly?

I've only just narrowed the problem down to my new extreme airport, hopefully this update will sort out the problem. I'll let you know as soon as i get from the office...
