The expensive apps are from around 2009/2010. They have a new app out for $24.99, the same app with some updates. I wouldn't buy anything from this developer, never has had a good gps app.

There is no $24.99 app now. All of their apps are either $199 or $99.

They do on mine as well, I just checked. It's only on iTunes that they do not show up.
